Aged 10 months in oak casks and a minimum of 12 months aging in bottle. Fermentation at a well controlled temperature to keep its bouquet as fruity and fresh as possible, with a short aging process in American and French oak casks. |
 |
An easy-going, lively wine with a good balance between freshness, ripeness and aging. It presents the spontaneity at its best.
|
A clean, bright colour of ripe blackberries with blue highlights and the odd cherry tone from its time in the wood.
With a strong, clean aroma and notes of ripe fruit and dark berries. A background of woods and spices supported by fruity aromas.
A wine of medium vigour that envelops the mouth with mild flavours, but with a persistent mineral expression. A good palate with a persistent aftertaste that returns to remind you of dark berries.
