A natural sweetness with no added sugar or alcohol. Made with over-ripened Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera grapes. The fermentation process stops naturally after reaching a temperature of 15.5º C, leaving a some 40 grams of residual sugar per litre. This is a very limited production of approximately 800 bottles. Without a doubt a very special wine.
